Your Role as a Midwife

  • Provide exceptional care to expectant mothers, new mothers, and newborns
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, student midwives, and Assistants in Nursing (AINs)
  • Maintain the highest standards of maternal and neonatal care
  • Work collaboratively with obstetricians, nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Deliver antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
  • Offer education and emotional support to mothers and families throughout their pregnancy and postnatal journey
