Should you apply?
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar quality assurance role in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of assembly processes within a busy manufacturing facility.
- Ability to read specifications/technical drawings and ensure they are met.
- High appreciation of health & safety and good environmental practices.
- Experience using power tools (both electrical and compressed air) and hand tools and inspection equipment.
Duties:
- Complete all the required visual/physical checks on every product made to ensure that only Grade A products are presented for dispatch.
- End of line QA inspection of all finished products prior to dispatch/shipment to ensure that the highest product quality standards are delivered.
- Complete QA inspection and labelling on any other items required such as single skin/water tanks, coal bunkers, etc., prior to shipment.
