The Role:
- Working with our existing Customer Care team, being the initial point of contact for our customers and partners.
- To provide and maintain excellent levels of Customer Care to ensure all goods are delivered within the required transit, therefore ensuring our delivery and collection performance is met and maintained.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with various areas of the role involving supporting the operation of the business, as well as customer care.
- To pro-actively foster and develop close working relationships with customers, partners and colleagues.
- To accurately input and update information onto our own and our partners' operating systems.
Employee specification:
- Possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills, with the ability to communicate across various media (e.g. telephone, e-mail and electronic messaging).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service to both customers and colleagues alike.
Essential criteria:
- 1 year previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment dealing with a large volume of calls and administrative duties.
