I am pleased to be working with a market-leading client, who are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their busy team. The company is based in Warrington and are currently recruiting on a full-time, permanent basis.
Benefits:
- Basic Salary - £25,000 to £28,000, dependant on experience
- 20% Annual Bonus, with realistic OTE of between £30,000 and £33,600
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with 1 Hour Lunch

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary customer support to new and existing customers, managing enquiries and processing orders. They will be responsible for providing direct support to the sales team, as well as ensuring customers are kept fully up to date with orders and activity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer enquiries are responded to accurately and in a timely manner
- Promptly process sales orders accurately, ensuring the correct follow ups are sent and customers are updated
- Work alongside the sales team to ensure new product lines and offers are effectively communicated
- Work closely with other departments within the business to maximise profitability and efficiency
- Ensure any changes to customer information is updated accurately in the CRM
Specification:
- A passion for customer service and or sales
- An organised and conscientious individual
- An effective communicator, both written and verbally
- Graduate-level education or equivalent is essential
There is a distinct progression pathway in place for this role which will be explained further, however my client is looking for someone who is ready to build their career within sales, or within another branch of the company!
