As Northern Ireland's regional economic development agency, Invest NI plays a crucial role in supporting local businesses and attracting investment. With ongoing investment in their internal systems, this is a fantastic time to join a team that's driving real change.
The Role: As an ICT Analyst you will support a wide range of internal IT systems and services across the organisation. From resolving day-to-day technical issues to assisting in ongoing ICT projects, you will play a key role in keeping things running smoothly. This is a varied role that offers exposure to multiple areas of IT including infrastructure, user support, system maintenance, and vendor coordination.
About You:
- Previous experience in an ICT support or analyst role
- A solid understanding of common IT systems and tools - especially Microsoft-based environments
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
