CPL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Lead Generator/Tele-Appointer on a permanent full-time basis. The role will be based in Belfast with a salary of up to £27,000 per year with bonus.
The client: An established independent IT, Connectivity and Telecoms provider that services SMEs and large enterprises in all business markets throughout the island of Ireland and GB. Over 10 years in business servicing clients in the private and public sectors across the island of Ireland and the UK. A sound reputation in the IT and Telecoms industry, built on valuing loyalty and developing long term relationships with their customers.
The role: With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, you'll have 3 years minimum sales experience in the IT and Telecoms industry and will:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to arrange appointments.
- Utilise phone etiquette and persuasive language to engage with customers effectively.
- Communicate appointment details clearly to the Sales Team.
- Analyse customer responses and adjust communication strategies.
- Upsell additional services or products during appointment scheduling.
- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
The person:
- 1 year minimum in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Experience in upselling products or services will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent data entry skills and a flair for accuracy.
- Driving licence is preferable.
On offer: £27,000 per year with commission, Performance Bonus, Private Medical Insurance.
