The National & Sixty6 is a busy bar/nightclub located in the heart of the city centre. We are looking for an experienced and reliable cleaner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
This is a part-time role with 15 hours over 5 days. Shift Patterns: Friday to Tuesday, 8AM - 11AM. Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour.
Key responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar, nightclub areas, restrooms, and staff spaces
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Wiping down surfaces, tables, and counters
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard before opening
- Managing cleaning supplies and reporting any stock shortages
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring the venue remains safe and hygienic
