Join our dedicated Housekeeping team as a Porter/Helper and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various departments. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team with material handling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness across the property, directly contributing to the overall productivity and safety of the workplace.
As a Porter/Helper, you will be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling and proper placement.
- Assisting Housekeeping staff with moving and lifting furniture.
- Picking up and dropping off staff as needed.
- Organising and maintaining stock in designated locations to ensure easy access.
- Ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and participating in safety drills and training.
- Supporting Housekeepers by cleaning areas inside and outside as needed.
- Keeping your work area organised and clean, promptly removing debris and spillages.
- Performing any tasks as requested by management.
