What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Maintaining accurate accounts payable and receivable records
  • Processing invoices and staff expenses promptly and precisely
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Managing credit card payments and keeping expense systems in check
  • Organising and maintaining vital financial documents and records
  • Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Jumping in to help the team with ad hoc projects and tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred
  • A solid grasp of Excel and basic accounting principles
  • Top-notch attention to detail — because the little things matter!
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
