Our client is a prestigious, high-profile company, looking for a talented communications specialist to join their Global Finance team on a temporary contract.
This role will provide the opportunity to bring together the organisation’s global finance community through various communication events and channels, creating compelling, engaging and impactful content.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing the Finance Communication channels and tools, including the finance intranet, monthly newsletters, and Teams channel, creating managing content
- Coordinating and organising events with various Finance participants, e.g. townhalls, and career days
- Working closely with the Finance, Internal Communication and HR teams along with the finance transformation project change and communication leads
- Developing fresh approaches to communicating across diverse markets and cultures
- Creating high-quality, executive-level presentations and videos to showcase key finance activities
- Supporting ad-hoc communication requirements from Finance leaders and managers
- Building a change and communication community in support of the finance transformation projects
- Analysing KPIs of all communication activities to measure impact and help inform communication strategies
The skills you need to bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within an international corporate environment
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- High proficiency in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SharePoint, Google Analytics, CMS tools, and creative software (Photoshop, Camtasia, InDesign)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to query and manipulate data
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in communication, marketing, or similar
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Diplomatic with active listening skills and good EQ
This role is based in office a minimum of 3 days / week.
