Henderson Retail currently owns and operates 110 stores in Northern Ireland across the SPAR and EUROSPAR brands. Award winning, Henderson Retail is one of the top players in the UK independent market and is Northern Ireland's largest independent fuel site operator.
This strategic role comes at a tremendously exciting time for the Group following continued organic and acquisitive growth. Henderson Retail is seeking to appoint a talented leader to join the team in this vital role within the Group. The role requires a strong retail professional with an exceptional record of delivery within a large multi-site retail company, with a passion and interest in fresh food innovation.
The successful candidate will have the ability to influence the retail strategy by identifying opportunities to optimise their fresh food ambition, building brand standards and delivering strong commercial results through the team. Key to success in this role is providing inspirational leadership, support and direction in a complex environment, that operates at significant pace.
