A major player in the water treatment and wet infrastructure equipment industry is now seeking a Service Manager!

THE COMPANY: Established over 40 years ago, our client has cemented themselves as strong up-and-comers in the Irish water treatment and wet infrastructure equipment sector. The company has grown rapidly since entering the market and has developed a strong technical base and portfolio of solutions in the industry. With turnover in the multimillions and to keep up with the demands of their clients, they are now looking to add a talented Service Manager.

THE ROLE: Mostly based on-site in Down along with some client site visits, the successful Service Manager will have the following duties, including but not limited to:

  • Management of day-to-day admin within the service department: service contracts, service reports, invoices, etc.
  • Building customer relations, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Training and managing staff, managing budgets, and being involved in contract tendering.
  • Ensuring compliance with all H&S legislation.

THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds:

  • Previous MEP/Wastewater experience is essential, with industrial water experience being ideal.
  • Busy Service Management experience is beneficial.
  • Experience managing a team of field service engineers is extremely advantageous.

THE PACKAGE: Base Salary: £45,000-£50,000 Van + Fuel Card Laptop + Phone
