The Beeches Residential Home is a Residential Home specialising in providing the highest quality care to adults with a learning disability who display behaviours that challenge. We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant for maternity cover.
You will provide reception service and clerical support, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and visitors to the Home.
- Post: Temporary / Based in Ballynahinch
- Salary: NMW
- Hours: Part time 20-25 hours per week to commence June 2025
- Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year pro rata
You will be flexible, reliable, and well organised. You should work effectively under pressure and to deadlines. Your work must be accurate and demonstrate attention to detail. You should have well-developed interpersonal skills, showing tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs Grades A to C including Maths and English or NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent qualifications.
- Excellent IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Typing skills or qualifications
- Receptionist experience
- Experience with MS Office products Office 2016, 2019, Office 365 (Home or Business)
