Facilities Coordinator Locations:Ayrfield 39 hours per week Salary: £36.5 £39.5K Job Ref: CS/FC/0425 We are committed to an exciting programme of development and expansion within Choice Services in the Republic of Ireland and we are now seeking to recruit the above role which will play an integral role in driving our agenda of positive change. Applicants must have: Must be able to demonstrate a level of knowledge and minimum 2 years experience in the delivery of KPI focussed contracts. Must be able to demonstrate a level of knowledge and experience in the managing of sub-contractors and statutory cyclic maintenance in a social housing setting An understanding of the needs of customers or Tenants.
