Salary and Benefits: will depend on experience.

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 08.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 9.30am - 12.30pm on a Rota basis

The Right Role:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing diaries for team members
  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  • Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues

The Right Fit:

  • Previous Property experience is essential for this role.
