Full driving licence required

Salary: Up to £30k per annum plus Bonus

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30, Sat 09:30-12:30 (rota basis)

About the Role: Nominate Recruitment is partnering with a successful Property Business, one of the largest agencies known for high customer service. The Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Preparing paperwork for marketing purposes
  • Advertising properties on portals and social media
  • Conducting accompanied viewings
  • Negotiating tenancy terms, rents, furnishings
  • Preparing tenancy paperwork
  • Registering landlords and deposits
  • Managing tenancy renewals
  • Scheduling inspections and repairs

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in property management
  • Clean UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Degree or equivalent in Property/Building Surveying
