The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Head of Lettings or Lettings Manager to lead the team and drive growth across the residential lettings portfolio. You'll take on quality properties, advise landlords, and generate new instructions through networking and community engagement. You'll lead marketing campaigns, oversee property preparation for new tenants, and ensure our office presentation meets high standards. The role involves managing the team through one-to-ones and appraisals, collaborating with the London property management team, and ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation.
