The Role:
As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to conclusion. You will provide expert legal advice, prepare essential documents, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court proceedings. Additionally, you will take on a supervisory role, guiding and mentoring junior colleagues to support their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
