Morgan Hunt are currently working with a National Regulatory Body in their search for a temporary Caseworker to join the Casework, Enforcement & Customers directorate.

You will be responsible for providing support to manage a backlog of complaints and enquiries, relating to consumers and regulated service providers. You will work with customers and external stakeholders to communicate complex information in writing and verbally, as well as gather information in order to decide on appropriate next steps. You will gather, evaluate and analyse information relating to individual complaints, while drawing inferences to recognise wider trends across the sector.

The successful post-holder will be an experienced Caseworker or Investigator, ideally with experience in the Regulatory or Water Sectors. You will have experience of working under pressure, effectively planning, prioritising and managing a varied and changing workload to meet different, and often tight, deadlines, whilst maintaining the quality standards. You will be a well-communicated, analytical, detail-orientated individual with the ability to maintain accurate up-to-date case files.

The role can be taken on as a fully remote or hybrid position, however there may be the requirement to attend a base office for induction/collecting equipment.

  • Experience of working with customers and external stakeholders to communicate complex information in writing and verbally confidently and professionally, recognising that you are acting as an ambassador for the organisation.
  • Experience of contacting stakeholders over the phone, noting details of the conversation and seeking advice from colleagues on next steps.
  • Experience of working under pressure, effectively planning, prioritising and managing a varied and changing workload to meet different, and often tight, deadlines, whilst maintaining the quality standards.
  • Experience of maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to suit various stakeholders and situations.
