• Hourly Salary: £24.82

Reed Health & Care is seeking a Home Care Manager for a temporary 12-week contract, with the potential for extension, based in Glasgow. This role involves supporting the senior home care manager in delivering exceptional care at home services.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Support the senior home care manager in managing the delivery of care at home services.
• Directly line manage a team including Community Co-ordinators, focusing on the wellbeing and professional development of your team.
• Develop and maintain a culture of person-centred care, promoting service users to be as independent as possible.
• Identify and implement service developments and innovations as part of a continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure budgetary control and expenditure management within your team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• SVQ4 qualification in health or social care or equivalent.
• Proven experience in the management of home care services.
• Knowledge and understanding of SSSC code of practice and Health and Care Standards.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
