Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and convert them into long-term clients. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Account Management Excellence: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Client-Centric Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their needs, solving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Market Insights: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Data-Driven Sales: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.

Experience & Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in business development or sales, ideally within the Industrial Printing, Coding, or Packaging sector. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant business growth. Strong account management skills and experience working directly with clients.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Self-driven and able to manage your time effectively, working both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for spotting new opportunities. Proficiency with CRM software and structured sales processes.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales.
- Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, results-oriented, and resilient with a passion for driving success. A natural relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational skills.
