Clinical Policy Writer/Administrator (Nursing Home) Wokingham 6 Month Contract

Working with the Registered Manager and the Optalis Governance Team this role will support to help prepare clinical policies that ensure our residents receive the highest level of care.

The role will include creating approximately 35/40 policies, such as resuscitation, stroke, pain management, diabetes, catheter, immunization, clinical governance in care homes with nursing, and more. To give an indication of the type of policies we need.

Using Croner-i, we have a base policy template for many – but they need more clinical guidance/ instructional and be suitable specifically for Optalis and fit for purpose.
