This top-tier law firm is looking for an experienced lawyer to join its thriving Charities practice. Based out of the Berkshire office, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the team, delivering expert legal advice to a well-established client base, and play a crucial role in driving new business growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' PQE, with experience leading a team. You should have strong expertise in company start-ups, charity and social enterprise structuring, and reorganisations, as well as providing legal and commercial advice to trusts, associations, and Charitable Incorporated Organisations. Experience with Charity Commission matters, member and trustee issues, trading, and income generation is essential, as is advising on academy conversions and school structures. Additionally, the ability to generate business from an existing client base is also required.
