Principal Geotechnical Engineer South London / HybridUp to £70k.An engineering design consultancy that works within the rail industry is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to provide leadership and technical expertise in design and client development.If you have design experience working in the infrastructure sector for clients such as Network Rail, London Underground, or TfL, then this could be the role for you!Essential :

• Leadership, technical expertise in design, and client development skills.
• Experience of some of the following – Earthwork, retaining walls, tunnels, stations & buildings and design using various materials, e.g. – concrete, steel, timber, masonry or FRP.
• Chartered or near chartered status with Institution of Civil Engineers.
• 8+ years of experience in relevant discipline with a successful track record of leading and delivering high-profile projects.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills. ?
