Job Title:Interim Logistics & OH Account Coordinator (FTC)
Location:Cambridge (Hybrid)
Salary:£28,050 per annum

As an Interim Logistics & OH Account Coordinator, you will

Be the go-to person for managing clinical diaries, booking holidays and accommodation for clinical staff, and organising external/outsourced bookings for clinics and appointments. No two days are the same, and your ability to keep things moving will make a real difference to peoples health, wellbeing, and workplace experience.

As an Interim Logistics & OH Account Coordinator, you will:

  • Act as the key liaison between OH practitioners and clients, ensuring robust customer service and strong client relationships.
  • Proactively monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring timely updates and responses to client needs.
  • Oversee diary bookings for practitioners and manage day-to-day client workloads.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards in formatting and sending reports.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to long-term planning for operational excellence.
  • Manage the national network database and map, including external practitioners.
