Theroleinvolvescustomerrelationshipmanagement,marketanalysis,andensureastronglinktoitscustomerbasehe(she)willhavecreated.
KeyResponsibilities:
CustomerRelationshipManagement:
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithnewandexistingclients.
- Identifycustomerneedsandproposesuitabletruckandcommercialvehiclesmodelsandsolutions.
- Handlehigh-valuenegotiationsandcloselarge-scaledeals.
- Provideregularreportsonmarketinsightsandsalesperformancetomanagement.
- Attendselectedeventsandtradeshowstobuildanddevelopitscustomerportfolio.
Compliance:
- Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,industryregulations,andethicalstandards.
- Maintainaccuraterecordsofsalesactivities,contracts,andclientinteractionsinourSalesforceCRM
Requirements:
- Education:Bachelorsdegreeinbusinessadministrationorarelatedfield(MBApreferred).
- Experience:3+yearsintrucksalesorcommercialvehiclessales.
- Skills:Strongnegotiationandcommunicationabilities.ProficiencyinCRMsoftwareandMS-Office.
- Knowledge:In-depthunderstandingoftrucks,vehiclespecifications,andconversions.
