We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiter-Planners to assist with our recruiting activities. As a Recruiter-Planner Consultant, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews and planning their work and bookings directly. You will work directly under the hiring manager and assist with all recruiting-related duties.
We are looking for an efficient person who will take over planning office tasks with different shift patterns. You need to be able to work any shift pattern; 6-14, 9-17, 14-22, and 22-6, including weekends and Bank Holidays. You will be responsible for supervising emails, bookings, and contact with customers. The perfect candidate needs to be aware that all peak seasons; Easter, Summer, and Christmas time will require full-time work. All training will be provided. Salary is paid weekly.
To ensure success as a Recruiter-Planner Consultant, you should have advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
