A leading US law firm is seeking an Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its growing IP/IT and Commercial Transactions team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex, and cross-border matters across a variety of industries, including advanced technologies, luxury goods, and the broader corporate sector.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ PQE in a transactional IP/IT practice at a leading firm (magic circle, silver circle, US firm, or specialist boutique).
- Expertise in transactional IP and technology matters, including commercial contracts and IP licensing.
- Experience advising on AI and emerging technologies, including AI regulation and compliance.
- Data protection expertise, particularly GDPR and UK DPA matters.
- Strong academic background.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of commercial awareness.
- Willingness to mentor junior team members and take on a leadership role.
- Excellent client-facing skills and a collaborative approach.
