Are you an accountant with experience in M&A and/or audit? My client is looking for a Qualified Accountant to lead acquisition forecasting, financial due diligence, and post-completion integration for their dynamic and growing group.
Reporting into the Head of Acquisitions, you will oversee a small finance team, prepare strategic financial forecasts, and play a key role in acquisition planning and execution. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate reporting throughout the process.
Tasks include:
- Financial due diligence to assess potential acquisitions
- Preparation of three-year forecasts for assessing potential acquisitions
- Liaising and supporting vendors throughout the financial due diligence process
- Agree completion accounts with the vendor/vendors accountants

- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience of Audit and/or M&A
- Strong forecasting and budgeting knowledge
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
