The Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior Associate will be:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters
  • Advising clients on landlord and tenant issues, rights of light, boundary disputes, nuisance, vacant possession strategies as well as other matters
  • Collaborating with the property transactional, construction, and planning teams
  • Supporting and supervising junior team members across offices
  • Playing a key role in client relationships and business development initiatives

The Real Estate Disputes Associate/Senior Associate should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in real estate litigation
  • Experienced in County Court, Lands Tribunal, and First-tier Tribunal proceedings
  • Commercially aware, confident in managing high-value client matters
  • Able to manage their own caseload and work autonomously
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented
