Exciting opportunity to join the commercial property team of this high ranking Legal 500 firm.
The appointed candidate will be dealing with a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters.
- The firm are accepting applications from candidates at NQ – 3 years’ PQE with a solid understanding of commercial property law and real estate finance.
- The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, licences and other property agreements.
- It will also include advising clients on real estate aspects of corporate transactions, conducting due diligence and reviewing title documents, property searches and enquiries.
- You will also assist with secured lending and real estate finance transactions, and handle development matters such as site acquisitions and infrastructure agreements.
- You should have strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills, and demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines.
- With a commercially minded approach to your work, you should also have excellent communication skills and an interest in participating in business development initiatives.
