This leading financial services organisation is undergoing a significant transformation and is looking for an experienced Change Lead to support them. Working with the Programme Director and leadership team, you will lead all business engagement and readiness activities for this enterprise-wide transformation programme.

As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience leading Change Management for complex transformation programmes in international organisations.
  • Background in financial services or insurance is essential.
  • Experience supporting outsourcing, shared services or GBS programmes is also essential.
  • Able to set the strategy but happy to be hands-on and into the detail as well.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional information: ASAP start, 6 month contract, Day rate £1,000 to £1,200, London based, hybrid working.
