Due to continued growth and long-term programme demand, they are looking to appoint an Engineering Delivery Manager to support a key programme near Reading.

THE ENGINEERING DELIVERY MANAGER ROLE:
As Engineering Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of engineering projects within a highly secure and safety-critical setting. You will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, planning and governance, ensuring the timely, cost-effective and quality-focused execution of deliverables.
- Deliver engineering work packages in line with project plans and gated design processes
- Collaborate with contractors, supply chain partners and client stakeholders
- Ensure robust project governance, financial management and reporting
- Maintain compliance with internal/external audit standards and quality frameworks
- Actively manage risk, resource allocation, and programme-level decision making
ENGINEERING DELIVERY MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Active UK Government DV clearance
- Proven delivery/project management experience in engineering environments
- Background in hardware, plant or physical product development preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4)
