Pay Rate: £12.40 per hour

Shift Pattern: Full Time, scheduled between 7am - 6pm

Place of work: Southampton. Please note that this role will also require traveling to Bournemouth Airport to support administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent organisation and energetic personality
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT and administration skills with the ability to work with numbers
  • Be flexible within the business hours
  • Maintaining accuracy whilst achieving timescales, able to switch priorities to meet the daily requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Excel, training provided for all relevant computer systems.

Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS AN ADMIN ASSISTANT YOU WILL:

  • Support admin tasks across recruitment, references, and airport pass applications.
  • Manage applicant data using our ATS and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise closely with the airport client and handle ad hoc duties.
  • Split time between two locations (travel costs covered).
