DUTY MANAGER – THE BOTANIST GAS STREET BASIN
Salary £35k-£37k (OTE)
(Salary £32k+ as basic, depending on experience, plus £3k TRONC annually)

What You\’ll Do
As a Duty Manager, you\’ll play a key role in both our Bar and Restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations in the Bar & Restaurant
• Driving guest satisfaction and team performance
• Leading and developing team members, including Team Coaches and Head Bartenders/Servers
• Managing rotas, stock control, ordering, and sales performance
• Delivering training and appraisals to nurture future leaders
• Supporting other departments with an open mind to further your career progression

• Strong operational knowledge of bar and restaurant service
