Senior Investment Analyst

Our client is a London developer focusing on the development of a large mixed-use site, which includes residential, office and retail assets.

Senior Investment Analyst role

• £110,000 – 120,000 (candidate-driven) + bonus
• Between 5 and 10 years\’ experience in Real Estate, doing financial analysis and financial modeling
• Must be able to build models from scratch and structure waterfalls and promotes
• Experience working on masterplans, regeneration projects, and/or placemaking at scale

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining individual development plot models and sitewide financial models
• Working with wider development team to identify opportunities to maximise returns and to improbe profitability and cash flow
• Support fundraising requirements as required, including equity and debt fundraising and structuring
