Head of AI and Data is required by a global IT organisation to shape their AI and data strategy, lead data solutioning, evolve the existing data estate into an advanced, AI-powered ecosystem, and deliver data excellence across the organization.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the transformation of financial reconciliation and reporting processes through innovative data strategies.
- Fixing, enhancing, and optimizing the current Databricks implementation to deliver peak performance.
- Establishing a unified view of all data sources across the organization for greater transparency and control.
- Developing AI strategy and growing AI solutioning team.
- Driving Power BI based reporting automation.
- Building Knowledge Graph solutions based on Neo4j.
- Leading and scaling a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts across Europe and globally.
