A leading Legal 500 Law firm based in Essex is looking for a Risk & Compliance Supervisor to join their Compliance Team which consists of 5 analysts, Risk Manager and Head of Risk & Compliance. This firm offers a great culture and working environment where they support their staff's welfare and professional development with an L&D department.
The Role
- Supervision of Risk & Compliance Analysts client matters of AML, KYC and onboarding
- Provide guidance and support to your team on AML/CDD/KYC procedures
- To ensure the firm complies with AML/CDD and KYC policies
- Provide advice to stakeholders and fee earners
The Candidate
- 2-3 years' experience with client onboarding at a Law firm understanding SRA rules
- Good knowledge of AML
- Ideally experience of supervising a team but would suit those that aspire to move into a supervisory role
