Sales Development Representative Role and Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from email, web forms and partner referrals
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to deliver results
- Engaging with business and IT leaders to understand their needs and showcase tailored solutions.
- Maintaining detailed records and contributing to data-driven strategies
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track and manage opportunities
Sales Development Representative Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in a sales role within the travel industry or travel tech
- Knowledge of the travel tech industry
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- A proactive goal orientated mindset with a passion for sales
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Workspace
