The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our client, providing critical support to help customers bring their products to market. This role involves assisting in lead conversions, preparing sales documents, and supporting marketing efforts, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication across departments.
Sales Support Executive Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support the sales team in lead conversion.
- Review contracts and pricing, prepare and issue quotations, and handle requests for samples and catalogues.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring data accessibility and traceability.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to create and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Work with internal departments to support product development and manage stock availability.
- Regularly update the Enquiry Quotation spreadsheet and communicate price amendments to the sales team.
- Monitor and report on marketing communications effectiveness and contribute to the achievement of sales and profit targets.
Sales Support Executive Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in customer account management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks in a busy, dynamic environment.
