I am seeking a Commercial Property/Agency Director to join a team and drive the growth of the agency division, inside a property group across Essex. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to progress to full directorship and potentially board level.
Established in 1985, the division boasts significant experience within its current directorship and holds a prestigious client database, solidifying its reputable standing in the commercial sector. Now part of a larger property group, the agency operates across various property domains, including residential agency, commercial ventures, lettings, financial services, professional survey work, new builds, and land development. This integration presents an exceptional opportunity to leverage the group's extensive database of 130,000 contacts.
The ideal candidate would possess the ambition to expand the division and recruit more commercial agents as the business wants to extend its presence across Essex. With 17 offices and a team of 250 staff members in the wider group, this role offers an exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Valuing and targeting commercial properties across various sectors.
- Preparing commercial property listings and marketing.
- Understanding client needs and sourcing suitable commercial properties.
- Facilitating negotiations on contractual agreements and leases.
- Building opportunities using our extensive client and corporate database.
- Undertaking viewings and negotiations.
- Attending networking events to highlight our skillset and build business opportunities.
- Establishing strong relationships with senior directors to grow into a senior director role.
- Experience in the commercial, professional, and property sector, preferably in Essex or Greater London.
- Full UK driving licence.
