We’re hiring an Assistant Brand Manager to join ARKIVE Headcare—a groundbreaking range redefining beauty through Headcare. As part of the Matrix family, you’ll support strategic planning, product launches, and campaign activations while collaborating across social, influencer marketing, and PR channels. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for a creative self-starter with a passion for beauty and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Assist Brand Managers in developing and executing strategies that align with business and brand objectives.
- Support strategic planning for new product launches and brand initiatives to ensure seamless alignment with overall goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing efforts across all channel touchpoints.
- Provide global markets with marketing collateral and coordinate key communications across teams.
Campaign Activation & Asset Creation
- Collaborate with creative and social teams to develop compelling campaign assets for social, digital, and retail channels.
- Work with trade and creative teams to deliver impactful in-store promotional material as needed.
Media & PR Coordination
- Manage media processes, including briefing and coordinating with agencies under the guidance of the Brand Manager.
- Support PR activations and events, coordinating from concept to execution alongside external PR teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct pre- and post-launch analyses to measure campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decisions.
- Maintain brand toolkits and ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and accessible for global markets.
Trade Marketing & Retail Support
- Partner with the wholesale team to meet trade marketing requirements and optimize brand presence in retail environments.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and support brand-specific projects to meet evolving business needs.
About You:
- Experience: 2–3 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Skills: Strong commercial, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: A keen interest in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, with a proactive approach to staying on top of industry trends, especially within digital spaces.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Creativity & Analysis: An eye for design and attention to detail, combined with strong analytical abilities.
