Sanderson are partnered with a growing financial services provider, who are looking for an RPA Developer to join their team. As an RPA Developer, you would be joining a rapidly evolving area of the business to build game-changing automation solutions to boost efficiency, and integrate with cutting-edge software development, driving real innovation and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement RPA solutions using Kofax, Power Automate, Power Platform, and Power Apps.
- Analyse workflows, identify automation opportunities, and enhance efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders, define objectives, and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimise automation workflows for reliability and scalability.
- Support business users, promote RPA best practices, and drive adoption across teams.
- Ensure security, follow coding standards, and stay updated on RPA trends.
Skills & Experience:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in an RPA role using Kofax, Tungsten or UiPath.
- Willing to engage in broader development work beyond RPA as needed.
- Strong IT proficiency, numerical analysis, and logical problem-solving.
- High accuracy and ability to manage complex configurations.
- Basic template coding knowledge and experience with analytical tools.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to balance priorities.
- Comfortable in dynamic environments and learning new systems.
This is an incredible opportunity with a progression pathway that will lead you to owning the RPA space! This is a full-time permanent position, offering a starting salary up to £40,000 (Depending on experience) and a flexible hybrid working model (1 day a week in office).
