Maternity Cover – Project Manager

An excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Project Manager to lead a variety of projects across the product development lifecycle. From initial concept to final delivery, you’ll be the key driver of timelines, coordination, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from brief to launch, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines and communicate key milestones with all stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve project-related challenges
• Prepare costing documents and negotiate pricing with suppliers and customers
• Develop filling and assembly specifications; organise and oversee filling trials
• Manage artwork coordination and approval processes
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Formulation, Design, and Engineering
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and clients through regular communication and site visits

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in project management within FMCG environments
• Background in beauty or health & wellness manufacturing advantageous
• Confident in customer-facing roles with strong commercial understanding
• Experience overseeing full-service projects from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of product development processes
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

The salary range is £40,000 – £45,000 + bonus and benefits.
