We are looking for an energetic and proactive Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in driving Global advocacy, EMV and sales conversion through organic and paid Influencer activity for the Dr Sam’s brand. Your primary responsibility will be to build and execute strong influencer engagement programs against key campaigns and across global markets, identify influencer targets and execute engagement tactics and any paid contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Identify, research, and build relationships with influencers that align with the brand’s target audience and values.
- Content Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with influencers and content creators to ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand content. Assist in content approval and manage feedback cycles.
- Influencer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with influencers, ensuring smooth collaboration and fostering long-term partnerships. Including working with Community Management Exec and Social team to stay on top of Social interactions and comments.
- Influencer gifting/send-outs : Leading organic Influencer gifting/ product seeding/ product send-outs from design to execution.
- Influencer Eventing: Supporting design and execution of Influencer events and management appropriate attendee experience.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of influencer campaigns (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI) and assist in the creation of regular reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Market Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to provide insights that can inform future campaigns.
- Budget & Contract Management: Assist in the management of influencer campaign budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial limits. Help with contract negotiation and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Social, Creative, Digital) to ensure influencer campaigns align with overall brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and handling influencer communications.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing. Experience in managing influencer campaigns is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing tools (e.g., Tagger, Tribe).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity and a keen understanding of brand storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and values
