Site Manager – Nights Stevenage, SG2 £50,000 – £55,000 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT Package: 25 days annual leave & 8 days bank holidays + company sick pay + pension + additional company benefits * Working for one of the UK’s largest FM service providers. * You will be supporting a multi-million pound M&E project working on a critical infrastructure site in Stevenage. * As part of the nights team, you will work closely with sub-contractors and on site delivery teams to ensure smooth running of out of hours works. * Works will include the progress of projects to an agreed time and standard of delivery, ensuring works are completed to the satisfaction of the customer and regulatory authorities. * Assist delivery of projects through effective communication, ensuring that the staff members are fully competent and trained to undertake key tasks linked to service level agreements and key performance indicators. * Ensure health & safety requirements are met at all times. * 12 months fixed term contract with the view of extension or permanent employment dependent on pipeline of projects beyond 2025.
