Salary: £60K - £65K

The Role:

  • Develop and design electrical systems for high-rise residential schemes, taking designs from stage 3 and 4 through to stage 5+ installation.
  • Produce design packages, including cable calculations, schematics, layouts, and specifications for electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and security systems.
  • Coordinate design into drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs with other building services.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the design team, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of design processes.
