Are you an organised and enthusiastic administrator with a passion for Learning & Development? A prestigious boutique law firm based near Chancery Lane is seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to join their busy and supportive L&D team.

The Role
As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of training programmes across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and organisation of firm-wide training sessions and development initiatives
- Coordinating internal and external training logistics, including room bookings, materials, and calendars
- Managing the L&D inbox and responding to queries from staff and external providers
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities and assisting with reporting and compliance
- Assisting with onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
- Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives within the wider HR and L&D functions
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
- A keen interest in Learning & Development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and work well as part of a friendly, high-performing team
