Microw is a modern, white-labeled SaaS client training portal designed for MSPs. We help forward-thinking IT service providers deliver high-quality, bite-sized video training to their clients—covering Microsoft 365, cybersecurity awareness, and general digital productivity. The portal is simple, flexible, and easy for MSPs to brand and deploy to their client base. Behind the scenes is a regularly updated library of screen-share video content, created by specialist trainers and coordinated through a lean, productised delivery model.

This is a hands-on role with a clear growth path: you’ll own content operations, video workflow, platform delivery, and client relationships—and over time, you'll evolve into Microw’s de facto Business Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Video Library & Content Ownership
    • Edit and maintain screen-share training videos (e.g. Camtasia, Descript, or similar tools)
    • Ensure consistent branding, clean cuts, proper formatting, and clear metadata
    • Coordinate with subject-matter experts (external contractors) to manage the production pipeline
    • Manage and prepare SCORM files, upload to platforms, and handle updates as needed
  • MSP Client & Partner Success
    • Serve as the main point of contact for MSP partners—onboarding, portal setup, support
    • Conduct demos and train new clients on how to use the portal
    • Handle occasional support queries
    • Maintain branded versions of the portal for each client
  • Platform & Delivery Management
    • Upload and manage video content across internal portals and 3rd-party LMS platforms
    • Keep the asset library organised, branded, and high quality
    • Track usage, renewals, and feedback; liaise with finance when needed
    • Identify and implement process improvements across the video workflow, support, and delivery stack
  • Strategic Ownership Over Time
    • Act as the operational backbone of the business—from product quality to client experience
    • Spot opportunities to expand reach, improve engagement, or evolve how we deliver value
    • Step into a Business Manager role over time, owning reporting, growth initiatives, and decision-making
What We’re Looking For

This is a hybrid role—part video content owner, part platform manager, and part client-facing operator. You should be excited to take full responsibility for a growing SaaS product and treat it like your own.

Must-Haves
  • Strong video editing skills using tools like Camtasia, Descript, ScreenFlow, or similar
  • 3+ years experience in content operations, digital learning, or SaaS client delivery
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SCORM, and modern LMS platforms
  • High attention to detail and ownership over quality, branding, and structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—confident in client interactions and demos
  • Self-starting mindset—you take initiative, fix problems, and get things done
Bonus Points For
  • Experience working with MSPs, IT service providers, or training delivery partners
  • Understanding of how e-learning content is structured, packaged, and monetized
  • Experience in a lean startup or “Swiss army knife” role
  • Comfort with tools like Canva, Loom, or Synthesia for basic visual/creative work
What We Offer
  • ÂŁ55,000–£70,000 salary based on experience
  • Annual performance bonus
  • 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) + birthday day off
  • Private medical cover
  • A calm, focused, ownership-first work culture
  • Significant autonomy with direct access to decision-makers
  • Office-based role (4 days/week) in central London, with flexibility on the 5th day
  • Real career progression: this role grows into Microw’s Business Manager
Why This Role?
