The Role
We are recruiting for a Sub Agent to support the delivery of our multi-disciplinary civil engineering project at Devonport, Plymouth. This is a key role reporting to the Site Agents and working closely with the wider site and commercial teams. As Sub Agent, you will:
- Lead the preparation and submission of RAMS and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System and maintain accurate records.
- Support works including secant and sheet piling, temporary works, earthworks, FRC and general groundworks.
- Produce material reconciliations based on design take-offs to monitor trends and inform commercial reporting.
- Assist the site General Foreman in managing daily labour and plant records, verbal instructions, and allocation sheets.
- Liaise with Site Agents and QS team to ensure potential costs, savings, and entitlements are properly captured.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Principal Contractor and their engineering team.
- Produce and issue weekly 4-week lookahead programmes using MS Project and lead internal review meetings prior to Client submission.
- Engage with MJ Church support services to meet internal procedures and project requirements.
- Represent the company professionally, upholding our values of collaboration, integrity, and commitment.
